Atlanta Braves 3 – Minnesota Twins 5
Target Field – Minneapolis, MN
August 5, 2019
Rain. Yuck. No BP. Bummer.
I don’t want to say it is a direct result of climate change, but can we prove it isn’t? Seriously, there is no Planet B.
Sorry, I have King Gizzard on the brain (seeing them on 8/24 in Chicago) and I just truly believe in the message. But I’ll step off my soap-box.
While it was a boring night for snagging balls, it was an exciting game and even better ending.
WALK OFF! Miguel Sano absolutely launched a bomb and has seen his game turn around as the Twins near a postseason run. I cannot wait to try to get a postseason commemorative ball at Target Field for the very first time. I was at the two games hosted in 2010, but only got balls in BP (inaugural season Target Field commemoratives).
Ball 1: Royals Coach
Ball 2: Easter Egg
Ball 3: Grounds Crew
And here is the song that is referenced in the title. Raise up them devil horns, rock out, and then go out and save the planet.
